Personal Experience;
Personally, I believe that having a concrete plan in place consisting of key components to help ensure employees are offered with the necessary resources when faced with workplace change is essential for a positive and successful working environment. In my opinion, I think that all workplaces should create a plan that lays out resources and a variety of helpful strategies that can be helpful for all employees throughout a workplace. I believe that with proper organizational behavioural objectives, and with the help of management creating a concrete plan, will ultimately set both the company as well as they're valued employees up for success. I believe that a company who strongly values the well-being of their employees and offers helpful resources and strategies to all their employees, is a very positive attribute and for me personally is a big factor when it comes to choosing my future workplace.
