It is clear that business is constantly evolving, ultimately creating a tough job for both employees and managers to keep up with the forever changing business strategies. The article covers how the use of technology is extremely important in ensuring the business remains up to date with the latest trends. The articles states that for a company to remain a strong competitor in its industry, proper risk taking, innovation, proper investment strategies and a strong use of technology and social media are critical in the overall success of a business.

It is stated that change in management can be crucial for a businesses success. A change in management can ultimately ensure that the necessary changes are adapted, to ensure the business is up to date on the different business strategies. A change in management can not only benefit the company as a whole, but also improve overall employee job satisfaction. The article outlines how a change in management can help to realign a companies workplace culture and can improve the relationships between employees. If employees were unhappy with the management, a change can be critical as new procedures can be put in place and employee feedback can be heard and put into action. It is common knowledge that change is not always a bad thing, and often brings a lot of positive aspects to a workplace. The opportunity to bring in new management  has more positives which greatly outweighs the negatives. New management offers opportunity for new innovation and can focus on prioritizing the aspects of the business that were neglected by the previous manager.

Personal Experience:

Personally I believe that change in a workplace may that be from a change in management to a change in the overall workplace culture is a good thing. I believe that change in a workplace is going to bring a lot of positive aspects as it can give employees an avenue to embrace change and to ultimately adapt their roles to the changes being made. I personally have some experience with changes in the workplace as I have endured change in management at the place I work. I found that the change in management brought a lot of positives for not only myself but also my fellow co workers. I found that I was more able to connect and share my opinions more efficiently with the new manager and I know that most of my co workers felt the same way. We also found that the new manager put an emphasis on maintaining strong relationships between employees , whereas the other manager had poor communication and often never let the employees express their opinions regarding work related tasks. I believe that a change in management can really benefit the overall organizational behaviour strategies that a business incorporates in their day to day operations. A large change in an organization such as a change in management can force a company and its employees to evolve and collectivity collaborate to rebuild a healthy workplace culture using the foundational organizational behaviour strategies.
